Call for Extended Abstracts on FEAST Usage:

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit their work done using FEAST software in the form of extended abstracts discussing its application and ease of usage of the software. The submissions can be in various fields including aerospace, automotive, biomedical, structural, thermal, civil, electrical, and manufacturing engineering. Industrial applications are highly encouraged. The extended abstracts, which should not exceed two single sided A4 size pages, must conform to the sample format in the link below, and shall be communicated in both docx as well as pdf formats via Microsoft CMT platform using the link below. The extended abstracts will be subjected to a review process. The screened ones shall be published in the conference proceedings, out of which, selected authors will also get a chance to present their work in the form of oral presentation/poster.

Call for Extended Abstracts on proposals for FEAST capability enhancement:

FEAST is an indigenous software developed in-house by Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre. Over the years, there has been significant rise in the contributions by the academic institutions and R&D establishments across the nation for the development of various capabilities in the software. With the aim of further strengthening the collaboration with external agencies like academic institutions, R&D establishments as well as industries, NAFED08 invites proposals in the form of extended abstracts for potential contributions in the development of FEAST software. Each team of participants is expected to submit anextended abstract detailing about the proposal, which should also include a structured description of the research code developed by the team and demonstrating its output on a sample problem. The potential area of contribution may be proposed by having an overview of the existing capabilities of FEAST software hosted on the website https://feast.vssc.gov.in. The extended abstracts, which should not exceed two single sided A4 size pages, must conform to the sample format in the link below, and shall be submitted in both docx as well as pdf formats via Microsoft CMT platform using the link below. The extended abstracts of the screened-in proposals shall be published in the conference proceedings, out of which, a few of the selected teams will also get a chance to present their proposal in the form oforal presentation/poster.
